About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team! Tailwind is a rapidly growing company known for its commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service in our retail and concession experiences to all travelers. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory, and assist with customer inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and address any customer inquiries or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Keeping attention to detail with merchandise when running low
  • Operate store by, maintain cleanliness and organization snacks drinks and stay updated on drink recipes and trends
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
  • Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies able to lift 25 pounds
  • Work with a Team to provide the best possible customer experience
