  • Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate is preferred, plus a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Previous administrative, records management, legal support, and/or professional services experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an aptitude for high quality proofreading skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and redefine priorities within an occasionally fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the Corporate Services team and the wider firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and corporate services technology (experience with ALF, NetDocuments, or similar software applications are an asset).

The typical salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 annually, and the base salary may vary depending on a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal and market equity.

Why you want to join us:

  • Comprehensive group benefits package (extended health, dental, travel, life insurance, etc.)
  • 4% vacation pay, and additional paid time off (including sick days and personal days)
  • Education and professional development benefits
  • Discretionary bonuses
