LTC Assistant Business Office Manager

Job Title: Assistant Business Office Manager 

Location: Memory Care Canter at Emerald, Claremore, OK

Department: Administration 

Reports to: Business Office Manager 

Position Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary:

As a LTC Assistant Business Office Manager, you will be an integral part of our business office team, working closely with our Business Office Manager to drive business growth and success. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement business strategies, manage financial reporting, and coordinate with external partners. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and effective workflow

  • Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to develop and implement business strategies and processes

  • Assist with billing processes including Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance claims.

  • Collect and post payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.

  • Maintain and reconcile resident trust accounts.

  • Answer inquiries from residents, families, and vendors regarding billing and financial matters.

Qualification:
