Description
Summary of Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Hard Armor Supervisor, assists in the tracking, manufacturing, and finishing of Hard Armor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain operational data such as Manufacturing Order Numbers, Part Numbers, and Ballistic Lot Numbers.
  • Print serialized ballistic labels for plates and shields.
  • Assist in the documentation and tracking of manufacturing orders as they go through the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in the requests and delivery of hardware and other material to Hard Armor teams.
  • Assist in the inspection and cleaning of finished goods for shipment.
  • Maintain up to date training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Work on the manufacturing floor assisting the Hard Armor team with regular needs to support production flow.
  • Operate a forklift to move material, parts, and equipment.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and follow procedures
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Software & database entry)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision and work within a group setting
