Duties and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be expected to:

  • Support overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including VIP client relations and issue resolution
  • Help maintain store appearance, ensure planogram compliance, and uphold brand standards
  • Support inventory management, receiving, and restocking processes
  • Assist with team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have six months of assistant manager / shift supervisor / team leader experience in retail / food service / customer service.
  • Open availability is required. Must be able to cover a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Occasionally work 10 to 12 hr shifts to support store functions such as events, store resets and inventories.
  • Must be able to travel to multiple company locations to cover shifts and call outs.
  • Takes ownership and pride in what we do as a company. Promote team work and prioritize making customers happy.
  • Dress Code: Business casual, all black

Paid training will consist of 5 days in total:

  • 3 sessions via Zoom
  • 2 sessions in person
  • 4 hours per day
