In this Operations Support role, you will be tasked with supporting the logistics team by resolving shipping errors, processing returns, and operating various software to create and track customer billing. This employer values their employees and rewards hard work!

 Operations Support Duties:
  • Meet monthly goals for the Operations Scorecard
  • Process customer billings and credits accurately
  • Manage daily cash box and check deposits
  • Review and manage Will Call orders
  • Process returned goods
  • Address transfer discrepancies
  • File and track freight claims with carriers/vendors
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies with vendors
  • Perform other assigned duties.
 
You will be successful in this role if you are comfortable with office software and technology, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your skills and advance your career!
 Schedule:
  •  Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Operations Support Requirements:
  • Accurate, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with 0365 products-Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • General understanding of Eclipse and SWMS
  • Self-motivated and a problem solver
  • Ability to lift 25+lbs
Pay:
