Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in plant environments and builds trust quickly on the production floor?
We're hiring a Technical Services Representative to support key customer accounts across the Midwest. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems in real time, and build strong relationships will directly influence customer success and long-term growth.
You'll regularly support plant operators, batch personnel, and leadership teams across diverse workforces.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary technical partner for assigned accounts
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site
  • Lead and monitor field trials
  • Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment
  • Build strong working relationships with plant managers and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization
  • Deliver in-person training presentations for customers at their locations
What It Takes to Succeed:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
  • 3-5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a demanding travel schedule
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% (primarily weekdays, overnight travel required)
Concrete experience is preferred but not required. We can teach technical skills. What we cannot teach is professionalism, accountability, and the ability to build trust on the plant floor.
If you're looking for a role where your communication skills and technical aptitude directly impact customer operations, we'd like to connect.
