Job description

This is a good role for: a self-motived person with an entrepreneurial mindset, someone that enjoys researching new projects, talking to different vendors in order to complete projects, can work on tasks alone while also meeting objectives and keeping to a timeline, and enjoys starting new projects.

Our Business has many facets. Our company believes in work life balance, although the owner may require working some later hours. The job would be 50% business assistant tasks and 50% personal assistant tasks. The tasks will vary based on the projects being worked.

For Business

  • Online research (finding vendors and researching prices).
  • Identify potential problems with a project.
  • Research real estate properties, development restrictions and zoning laws
  • Get bids from different vendors and compare and contrast the ability of that vendor to complete a project.

Helpful skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate is helpful but not required.

Personal Qualifications:

  • Flexible: You are comfortable wearing many hats, juggling multiple projects, are open to change and can connect the dots to problem-solve creatively.
  • Energetic: You are organized and self-motivated. You get things done and don’t let the ball drop.
  • Problem Solver: You are driven and can identify gaps that need to be filled to finish a project and anticipate challenges.
