Job description

About Us

Revenue Management Labs (RML) is a specialized boutique management consulting firm at the forefront of Pricing and Revenue Optimization. We partner with global and mid-market clients to design and execute high-impact pricing strategies that drive sustainable profitability and growth.

Unlike traditional consultancies, we blend rigorous analytics with commercial practicality delivering results, not reports. Our work spans strategic price architecture, monetization models, executional pricing levers, and commercial enablement across industries including software, business services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and private equity portfolio companies.

At RML, our culture is built around collaboration, curiosity, and impact. We invest deeply in our people and believe exceptional teams create exceptional outcomes.

The Opportunity

As a Consultant, you will play a key role across all stages of client engagements-from discovery and diagnostics to solution development and implementation. You'll collaborate closely with Associates and fellow Consultants, apply structured problem-solving and analytics, and contribute directly to client-facing recommendations that influence real business decisions.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Delivery

  • Collaborate within teams of two to four Associates and Consultants to support all phases of client engagements
  • Contribute to defined workstreams, execute analyses, and support internal and client reviews
  • Structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, client-ready solutions
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients

Analysis & Modeling

  • Structure, clean data, and analyze large and complex datasets (pricing, transactional, customer)
  • Build analytical frameworks and models such as elasticity models, segmentation, price waterfalls, and scenario analyses
  • Translate analysis into clear business insights and actionable recommendations

Communication & Influence

  • Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, models, and narratives
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way

Team & Firm Contribution

  • Uphold high-quality standards and accountability across project work
  • Foster collaboration, learn from experienced team members, and support newer associates
  • Contribute to knowledge management, training materials, and internal infrastructure
  • Share industry insights and prior experiences to support team learning and growth
  • Adapt priorities to meet evolving client needs and project milestones

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of work experience (Master's Degree or MBA preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing confidence with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with high attention to detail and quality
  • Past consulting or pricing experience preferred

Who You Are

  • Can-Do & Curious: You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and seek continuous learning
  • Structured Thinker: You break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
  • Communicator & Influencer: You can engage clients and explain technical concepts clearly

What We Offer

  • High-Growth Environment: A flat, entrepreneurial structure with direct exposure to senior leadership of Fortune 500 clients
  • Real Impact: Your work drives measurable results-you'll see your ideas implemented
  • Mentorship & Development: Hands-on coaching from seasoned pricing experts and former Tier-1 consultants, with regular feedback and skill development
  • Competitive Compensation: Salary, bonus, and benefits benchmarked against top consultancies

Our Values

  • We develop each other to be exceptional
  • We deliver bold, client-centric solutions
  • We challenge ourselves to explore
  • We care about the impact we have on people

Revenue Management Labs is an equal opportunity employer. We believe diverse teams create better solutions and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
