Job description

Optimal Edge Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office internship designed to provide hands-on accounting experience with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.


Pay

  • $22.00 per hour
  • 40 hours per week


Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Full-time in Pembroke Pines office location
  • In-office


Internship Duration

  • 90-day probationary internship


Opportunity

Successful candidates may be offered a full-time Accounting position starting at $55,000 per year upon successful completion of the internship.


Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Enter accounting data accurately
  • Support the accounting team with daily operations and special projects


Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
