Job description

Description
Seeking a High-Impact Operations Manager
Are you a proven operations leader who enjoys building efficient systems, developing people, and helping organizations scale?
Lunn Law LLC is a growing, client-centered law firm focused on family law, estate planning, and probate matters. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work closely with the Owner and Firm Administrator to strengthen operations, support our legal team, and help deliver an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
This is an opportunity for a process-minded professional who thrives on creating clarity, improving workflows, and ensuring the firm operates efficiently as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading people, improving systems, analyzing performance metrics, and executing the day-to-day operational details that keep a business running smoothly.
If you are energized by ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, and you want to play a meaningful role in helping clients through important life transitions, we would love to meet you.
The Role
This position is responsible for critical business functions, acting as the primary executor of the Firm's business systems. Your mission is to "make the trains run on time" by managing front-of-house operations, technology, staff productivity, and core personnel operations. You should be comfortable managing the foundation employee lifecycle, from onboarding to structured performance feedback.
Compensation Requirements
  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • Type: Full-time, hybrid (40 hours per week).
  • Bonus: Opportunities for bonus compensation are available for those who demonstrate their profitability and meet key performance indicators.

Firm Perks Benefits
We believe great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and equipped to succeed. Here are a few of the perks you can expect at Lunn Law LLC:
  • Health coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) with matching: Save for the future with a company-sponsored retirement plan and employer match.
  • Life Insurance: Employer-provided coverage for added peace of mind.
  • Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO): Recharge with paid time away from work.
  • Paid Parental Leave: We support new parents by providing paid leave to bond with their child and balance work and family life.
  • Short Term Disability: If you encounter a medical issue that prevents you from working temporarily, our short-term disability coverage will provide essential financial support.
  • Military Leave: We honor and support our employees who serve or have served, offering leave for active-duty military service or related responsibilities.
  • Competitive compensation + performance upside: Base salary plus bonus opportunities tied to clear KPIs and profitability impact.
  • Meaningful work: Help clients through pivotal family law, estate planning, and probate matters that genuinely change lives.
  • Direct access to leadership: Work closely with the Owner and Firm Administrator and have a real voice in firm decisions.
  • Autonomy and ownership: You'll be empowered to improve systems, streamline workflows, and build processes that last.
  • Process-minded culture: We value clarity, accountability, and documented procedures so you're not fighting fires every day.
  • Modern tools for continuous improvement: Lead technology and operational upgrades, and help the team adopt best practices.
  • Stable, full-time schedule: Hybrid work environment with expectations built around planning and execution (not constant after-hours emergencies).
  • Team environment: Collaborate with professionals who care about clients and about doing things the right way.
