Job description

The Arena Club, located in Bel Air Maryland, is currently seeking highly motivated Personal Trainers and/or Sports Performance coaches to join our team of professionals. Personal Trainers and/or Sports Performance Coaches are expected to take a proactive role in client and member engagement to provide exemplary service.

Interested applicants must be comfortable working with a wide range of populations and demonstrate proficiency in designing safe and appropriate exercise prescription for these populations.

Additionally, candidates must be a team player and demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational skills, communication and positive attitude.

Competitive candidates have a diverse knowledge of the fitness industry with a minimum of 6 months experience. Completion of, or enrollment in, Bachelor's Degree program in Exercise Science or related field is preferred but not required. Current CPR with AED is required in addition to a nationally accredited personal training or sports performance certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NSPA, ACE, etc.).

Facility and Benefits: The Arena Club is a total Health and Wellness center that offers member services such as Personal Training, Weight Loss Programming, Small Group Training, Strength and Conditioning, Sport Specific Training, Group Exercise, Medical/Physician's Referred Exercise Programming, Aquatics and other Wellness services. The Arena Club offers the highest commissions in the area for personal trainers and sports performance coaches.
