Summer job / Co-Op / Internship As a College Pro Franchise Manager you are a leader, an entrepreneur and a responsible business owner. You're in charge of your own painting or window cleaning business. You market your services to homeowners and manage multiple painting or window cleaning teams who are responsible for delivering quality work on schedule and within budget.

You're responsible for the profitability of your own business. Training & Support: College Pro has an exceptional leadership and management training program that provides the tools you need to succeed. We will train you during the spring on all of the aspects necessary to run a summer house painting or window cleaning business, including teaching you about the painting or window cleaning industry, marketing and sales, estimating, effective management skills, customer service and financial management.

We teach, support and coach you both in the classroom and out in the field, while allowing you to gain hands-on experience that will ensure that you will stand out to any future employer. You will have weekly goal setting and review sessions with you as well as periodic field visits to your outlet for one-on-one training and feedback. We believe in learning by doing, and that coaching/mentorship is critical in order for young entrepreneurs to develop their skill.

Responsibilities: As a College Pro franchisee you are both the boss and the manager. You will coordinate a marketing campaign with College Pro You will estimate, sell and sign contracts with your customers You will schedule and manage production You will recruit, train and manage 8-12 employees You will deliver excellent customer service You will manage all financial aspects of your business: collecting, tracking, payroll... Qualifications: As a College Pro franchisee you are trained in all of the core business skills, but you have to be right brand of person
