This role is fully remote, allowing for maximum flexibility and work-life balance. As a member of our growing team, you will leverage advanced telehealth technology to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home. Our well-designed platform serves as your virtual office, streamlining your scheduling, client management, and billing needs.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing, providing insight and support to aid in their mental health journey.
• Foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, encouraging meaningful discussions about thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences.
• Advocate for clients by collaborating with them to set realistic goals and developing actionable treatment plans based on clinical knowledge.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed using a solution-based approach to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Our pre-screening process eliminates high-risk patients, allowing you to work effectively with individuals who align with your expertise and interests. This targeted approach enhances the therapeutic relationship, creating a conducive environment for growth and healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state without supervision as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication and relationship-building, fostering empathetic connections with clients.
• Strong proficiency in using telehealth technology and other digital tools for record keeping and client management.

• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit for convenience and financial stability.
• For full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend is provided to support your health and well-being.
