Packing Coordinator-Weeknight (Monday - Thursday 5pm - 3:30am)

Job Summary

Ball Pro is looking for a detail oriented and dependable Machine Operator to work in our growing assembly department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company. Previous machine operating experience and lead skills required. Previous cartoner machine operating experience a plus. We will train motivated individuals!

Responsibilities/Qualifications

General responsibilities:

  • Organizing jobs to be run for the day
  • Following job instructions
  • Quality control
  • Prepping materials for jobs
  • Running orders on the automatic golf ball packager
  • Leading small teams on assembly and packing of orders
  • Execute work flow

Other skills: Strong mathematical aptitude. Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality a must. Ability to work independently.

  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Willingness to work while standing most of the day
  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds at times
  • Machine operating experience a definite plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • High school diploma/GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
