The Citizens Wealth Advisor is a branch-based advisor who excels in a collaborative environment that emphasizes the paramount importance of client interests, as well as the personal and professional growth of team members. Wealth Advisors work directly with a variety of business partners and centers of influence to uncover and identify prospective opportunities.

Primary responsibilities include:

ย ย ย ย Develop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides a personalized wealth management strategy.
ย ย ย ย Enhance and preserve relationships with key partners to boost client introductions and engagement.
ย ย ย ย Proactive client and prospect outreach promoting Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.ย 
ย ย ย ย Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
ย ย ย ย Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
ย ย ย ย Utilize the knowledge of internal stakeholders and specialists in delivering a variety of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

ย ย ย ย Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
ย ย ย ย A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
ย ย ย ย A minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
ย ย ย ย Demonstrated track record in new business development and client book management.
ย ย ย ย Proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
ย ย ย ย Familiarity with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
ย ย ย ย Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
ย ย ย ย Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Pay Transparency
