Blueline Security Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Security Operations Dispatcher to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced position that serves as the communication hub between our clients, security officers, and leadership team.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview

The Security Operations Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring daily operations, handling a high volume of incoming calls, coordinating staffing needs, ensuring officers arrive on time and remain on post, and supporting the leadership team with operational functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking in a demanding environment. Candidates must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls from clients and security personnel.
  • Monitor officer attendance and ensure all shifts are staffed and covered.
  • Verify officers are on time and properly assigned to their posts.
  • Read, review, and distribute incident reports and daily activity reports.
  • Assist with scheduling, call-offs, and emergency staffing needs.
  • Conduct site checks and field visits as directed by management.
  • Support the leadership team with daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, officers, and management.
  • Assist in filling open shifts and coordinating coverage.
  • Monitor company email and dispatch systems.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous dispatching, scheduling, security, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
