Job description

Overview
Bright Now! Dental | Supported by Smile Brands
$66.00 - $70.00 per hour
Choose Your Workday | 1 Day per Week | 8-Hour Shift
Looking for a high-paying, low-commitment hygienist role in one of Washington's most desirable communities? Welcome to Issaquah-where forested trails, mountain views, and a charming downtown meet easy access to Seattle and Bellevue. It's the perfect place to enjoy the Pacific Northwest lifestyle while doing work that truly matters.
At Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, you'll experience the best of both worlds: the close-knit, patient-focused feel of a private practice with the support, technology, and stability of a trusted organization. This one-day-per-week opportunity is ideal if you're seeking flexibility, supplemental income, or a better work-life balance-without compromising on quality care or compensation.
Whether you're passionate about prevention, patient education, or simply want a practice that values your time and expertise, you'll feel right at home here.
Why You'll Love This Role
Total Flexibility
Choose the day that works best for you-one 8-hour shift, designed to fit your schedule.
Autonomy with Support
Enjoy the independence of private practice hygiene, backed by a collaborative and professional team.
Growth Without Pressure
Access mentorship, company-paid CE, and modern technology-perfect for staying sharp, even in a part-time role.
Care That Feels Meaningful
Focus on prevention and patient education in a calm, respectful environment that values quality over quantity.
Work Where Life Feels Balanced
Spend your workday caring for patients, then enjoy everything Issaquah has to offer-from scenic hikes to local dining and community events.
Schedule (days/hours)
Monday through Friday (1 day - can grow to more days)
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Compensation
$66 -$70 per hour
