About the Role:

As a Private Event Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests during private pool events in Sacramento, CA. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the swimming area, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to any emergencies. You will work closely with event organizers to understand each event's specific needs and ensure a safe environment for all attendees. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating guests about water safety and proper pool etiquette. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a positive and secure experience for everyone involved in the event. Benefits for employees averaging 30 hrs/week, and who work year-round roles are eligible for medical benefits. Swan Aquatics covers 60% of the premium.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization- Red Cross.
  • 1 year of experience as a lifeguard.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
