The Oconomowoc Lake Club is looking for event bartenders to join our team. We are located at 4668 Lake Club Circle in Oconomowoc, WI. Our ideal candidate is reliable, honest, productive, polite, fun and organized


The 5 Ps of bartending, generally defined as Preparation, Precision, Presentation, Personality, and Professionalism, are key principles to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Mastering these skills—from organization to personal flair—is crucial for crafting high-quality cocktails and creating an enjoyable experience.


Responsibilities

  • Preparing beverages for guests in a timely manner
  • Interacting with guests in a pleasant manner
  • Checking guests' identifications to make sure they meet minimum age requirements
  • Maintaining a clean bar and workspace
  • Restocking the bar

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge on serving, mixing, garnishing of standard drinks
  • Above and beyond communication skills with both coworkers and guests
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar
  • Bar training certificate
  • Bartending experience not required, but a plus
