Job description

Peak Beverage is hiring seasonal bartenders to join our event team for the busy 2026 season! If you have a passion for cocktails, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love creating great guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

As a bartender with Peak Beverage, you’ll serve at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and festivals and concerts throughout the area—no two shifts are the same. Whether you’re behind a full bar mixing up signature cocktails or serving wine and beer at a pop-up bar, you’ll be representing one of the most respected beverage catering teams in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Set up and break down bars in various event environments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
  • Follow all alcohol safety and service guidelines
  • Represent Peak Beverage with a high level of professionalism at every event
  • Participate in training provided by Peak Beverage to ensure consistency across our events
  • Note: duties may vary based on event type and role assignment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bartending experience in fast-paced settings preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED (events, restaurants, or bars)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable and responsive to scheduling updates
  • Must be available for seasonal, event-based work, with most shifts falling on weekends—ESPECIALLY SATURDAYS
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ABT alcohol safety certification (must be obtained before your first shift)
  • Reliable transportation to and from event sites. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED

Important Note on Scheduling

Peak Beverage is a seasonal, event-based company. We go where and when the party is—which is typically on weekends, with a strong concentration of shifts on Saturdays. We need team members who can stay on top of our ever evolving schedule and are eager to jump in when work is available. This is not a set-hours or weekly guarantee kind of role—it’s perfect for those who are reliable, responsive, and excited to be part of a dynamic, event-driven team.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to consistently lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift)
  • Must be able to perform all essential job duties with or without accommodation
