Job description

Private Driver / Personal Chauffeur – Austin to West Texas

Part-Time | Typically 2–3 Days per Week

Pay: $22/hour + Meals Provided + Gas & Travel Expenses Covered

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional part-time private driver to assist an executive with regular travel from Austin to West Texas.

The schedule is typically 2–3 days per week depending on travel needs, with consistent weekly work and the potential for additional days or a full-time opportunity in the future.

This is a comfortable and straightforward position for someone who enjoys driving, is dependable, and takes pride in doing their job well. We are looking for a good, trustworthy person who is punctual, professional, flexible, and safe behind the wheel.

Some days will include driving to meetings, appointments, or project sites and waiting while the executive is in meetings. All working and waiting time is paid.

Responsibilities
  • Safely drive the executive between Austin and locations throughout West Texas
  • Be punctual and prepared for scheduled trips
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and discreet presence
  • Make sure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and ready for travel
  • Wait on-site during meetings or appointments when needed — all waiting time is paid
  • Report any vehicle or maintenance concerns
  • Occasionally assist with small errands or tasks while already in the area
  • Be flexible with reasonable changes to the schedule or travel plans
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • Clean and responsible driving record
  • Comfortable with regular long-distance driving
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Professional and respectful communication
  • Calm, trustworthy, and easy to work with
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
  • Comfortable completing a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
  • Previous professional driving experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person even without chauffeur experience
Why Work With Us?

We offer a calm, respectful, reliable, and flexible work environment. We value good communication and treat the people who work with us with respect.

The job itself is simple: drive safely, be on time, be professional, and be someone we can rely on.

  • $22/hour starting pay
  • Typically 2–3 days of work per week
  • Consistent weekly work
  • All working and waiting time is paid
  • Meals provided during travel
  • Gas and work-related vehicle expenses fully covered
  • Flexible and respectful work environment
  • Opportunity for additional hours and potential full-time work in the future

We are looking for someone we can trust and hopefully work with long-term. If you're a safe driver, dependable, professional, and easy to work with, we'd be happy to hear from you.
