Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily front-of-house dining operations and play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards throughout all member dining outlets. This individual will lead and develop service teams, ensure smooth floor execution, and collaborate closely with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless and hospitality-focused experience.


Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate member expectations within a private club or upscale dining environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day dining room operations across club dining outlets
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house service teams
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and member engagement
  • Ensure proper floor management during service periods, events, and peak operations
  • Build strong relationships with members through personalized and attentive service
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage execution
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and service training initiatives
  • Monitor dining room presentation, cleanliness, and operational consistency
  • Address member feedback promptly and professionally
  • Support special events, member functions, and seasonal club programming as needed


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining, private club, resort, or luxury hospitality environments
  • Strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest/member relations
  • Proven leadership experience managing front-of-house teams
  • Ability to thrive in a relationship-focused hospitality setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with club dining operations or member-focused hospitality environments preferred
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
