Senior Registered Client Service Associate

Ashton Thomas is seeking a Senior Registered Private Wealth Client Associate to join our growing team in Boston, MA. We specialize in delivering sophisticated investment management and comprehensive financial planning solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate executives.

Weโ€™re seeking a Senior Registered Private Wealth Client Associate to join our growing Boston team. This role is ideal for an experienced, registered professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and supporting Financial Advisors in a high-touch private wealth environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients
  • Manage complex client service requests with accuracy and follow-through
  • Onboard new client accounts, ensuring complete and compliant documentation
  • Provide trade support at the direction of the Financial Advisor (as applicable and with proper licensing)
  • Maintain accurate client records and support regulatory requirements
  • Proactively educate clients on firm services, digital tools, and cash management solutions
  • Support Financial Advisors with advanced administrative and operational needs
  • Assist with client events and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team
  • Participate in firm initiatives, training, and ongoing professional development
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory environment
  • Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 required
  • Experience working with custodians such as Pershing
  • Strong understanding of client service and RIA operations
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
