CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST 
 
Position Overview:
If you are looking for an opportunity, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative that is seeking a career – not just another job. We need someone who takes pride in every project and making sure they make our customers look good. Because if our customers aren’t happy, they won’t come back and then we can’t pay you. 
We are looking for an organized, detailed oriented individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will be working with an experienced production team and enjoy support from a national network of fellow Specialists.

Your Run-of-the-Mill Basic Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous manner and gather information for estimating.
Answer the telephone using the company's procedures for incoming calls.
Direct calls appropriately.
Handle routine questions and requests by customers.
Deal with customer complaints and concerns, facilitating satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.
Serve customers at the front counter. Process their orders in a timely manner. Any delays must be reported to management.
Fully utilize the computerized pricing/estimating program.
 
 
The Important Stuff You Must Have:
A background in the print/sign industry.
Customer Service experience
Be a good communicator – ask questions, admit mistakes and don’t point fingers.
You must be nice to the people who are our customers and those that you work with even when they don’t deserve it.
Like to work and work while at work.
Be a multi-tasking maniac. We do a lot in a short time. This is no place for the proactively challenged.
Be willing to jump in and figure things out on your own. No hand holding here.
You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it’s always changing.
 
Big Pluses if You Have:
Experience using estimating Software (Printer’s Plan, PrintSmith, Etc.)
