• Assist bankers with all printing and binding requests
• Updating the production request log
• Order and stock necessary printing and binding materials for the 14th and 15th floor production rooms
• Maintain production equipment. Troubleshoot and place service calls as necessary
• Conduct trainings for all new hires on the use of printing and binding equipment
• Team members are expected to be flexible to account for changing business needs
