Job description

DLUX Printing is a fast-growing, full-service print and production company specializing in custom printing, signage, apparel, marketing materials, and large-scale business solutions. We help local businesses bring their branding to life with fast turnaround times, in-house production, and high-quality design services.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can build relationships, generate new business, and grow existing accounts in a competitive but rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts
  • Identify client needs and recommend print, signage, and marketing solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for custom print jobs
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Follow up on leads, estimates, and active projects to close sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking
  • Build long-term relationships with local businesses and repeat customers

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
  • Experience in print, signage, marketing, advertising, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
