We are looking for an ISO 9001 Quality Supervisor to help lead 1st shift quality operations at our manufacturing facility. This is a handsโ€‘on leadership role for a quality professional with direct ISO 9001 Quality Management experience who can drive inspection discipline, corrective action execution, and measurable scrap reduction in a fastโ€‘paced production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help lead and supervise the Quality team to ensure ISO 9001 compliance, inspection discipline, and consistent production quality standards.
  • Maintain and execute ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements at the facility level.
  • Oversee setup, incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications, customer requirements, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ensure strict control and documentation of nonconforming products.
  • Lead structured root cause investigations and drive effective CAPA implementation.
  • Monitor scrap, rework, and first-pass yield performance and initiate corrective actions when trends emerge.
  • Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production leadership to proactively prevent quality issues.
  • Promote a 'Do It Right the First Time' culture across 1st shift operations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of experience in an ISO 9001 Quality Management role
  • 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supervising quality personnel
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, including operational control, nonconforming product, and corrective action
  • Experience performing or participating in internal audits
  • Strong root cause analysis capability 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, etc
  • Proven ability to work directly on the production floor in a fastโ€‘paced environment
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in printing, packaging, or converting operations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience reducing scrap or cost of non-quality (CONQ)
