Job description

Outlook Group is seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexo Printing Press Operator to help produce the high-quality labels we're known for. In this role, you will set up and operate a narrow-web flexographic Mark Andy press to print pressure-sensitive labels, peel-and-reseal labels, and variable data labels.
You will be responsible for press setup, running jobs efficiently, and verifying quality throughout each production run. If you're an experienced label press operator who takes pride in your work and enjoys working with a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll work on custom product packaging, including labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and fulfillment for industries such as food and beverage, personal care, and consumer healthcare.
We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities.
Hours may be flexible on an 8- or 10-hour schedule depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Set up Flexo press by loading substrates and tooling for die-cutting operations
  • Monitor and adjust ink color, viscosity, web tension, and press speed to maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve print issues to minimize downtime and material waste
  • Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and job times
  • Follow all safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized

Qualified applicants will have
  • 2+ years of experience operating a narrow-web flexographic press
  • Experience operating a Mark Andy press (preferred)
  • Compensation based on experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and basic math skills
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently, 25 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs occasionally
