Job description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Digital Printing Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating a variety of digital printing equipment and who takes pride in producing high-quality work efficiently and consistently.

The successful candidate will work with multiple printing technologies, including banner printers, decal/vinyl printers, and direct-to-film (DTF) printers, while assisting with finishing, quality control, and general production duties.


Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor a variety of digital printing equipment, including:

o Large-format banner printers

o Vinyl and decal printers

o Direct-to-film (DTF) printers

o Other digital printing equipment as needed

· Prepare print-ready files and verify artwork, sizing, colors, and materials before production.

· Load and unload media, inks, films, and other consumables.

· Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistent results.

· Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

· Weed, trim, cut, laminate, and otherwise finish printed materials as required.

· Inspect completed products for accuracy, color consistency, defects, and overall quality.

· Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

· Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.

· Maintain accurate material usage and report equipment or production issues to management.

· Work collaboratively with the design, sales, and production teams.


Qualifications

· Experience with banner, decal/vinyl, and/or DTF printing strongly preferred.

· Adobe illustrator experience or comparable design programs

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle rolls of media and finished products.
