Position Purpose

We’re seeking spirited “can do” people to join our Manufacturing team in the exciting world of hazmat compliance. Experience in silk screen printing production is preferred. This is a fast‑paced environment and requires a great attitude, attention to detail, punctuality and great quality control. Your ability to collaborate with others, communicate, and be dependable are all crucial for this job and it is expected to stand for the whole day.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for operating various Screen‑Printing Press Operations. The operator will have extensive working knowledge with Carousel and hand‑fed Tempo Presses including set up and installation of screens with squeegee. The role involves registering material to the press, performing quality assurance, executing daily preventive maintenance, and producing high‑quality silkscreen metal press printing while working with automation enhancements.

Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities
  • Reviews and completes specs from job tickets and layouts accurately and precisely.
  • Sets up and adjusts press for job runs to meet specifications.
  • Inspects product for quality during job runs.
  • Monitors presses and automation as required during job runs, remains alert to mechanical problems and corrects or refers to maintenance as necessary.
  • Follows approval procedures.
  • Prints jobs.
  • Maintains a clean & neat work environment.
  • Completes press clean‑up at end of shift.
  • Maintains good attendance.
  • Notifies manager of mechanical problems immediately.
  • Tracks job time in computer as required.
  • Meets production standards for output and waste.
  • Completes required production quality inspections.
  • Adheres to safety guidelines and keeps workspace clean and organized.
Education / Training / Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
  • On‑the‑job training.
  • 3‑5 Years Manufacturing Print Silk Screen Experience preferred.

  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Computer Experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be eighteen years of age.
  • Must pass the Drug Test.
  • Must pass the Background Check.
Essential Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements, including, but not limited to, using a 10‑key or calculator, bending, or squatting.
