Our heart beats for talents - be one of them. To strengthen our motivated Offset Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Press Assistant. Your Role You will perform thorough area clearance to ensure product separation and prevent product mix-ups You will read, interpret, and understand job tickets to determine correct job setup and production requirements You will acquire, load, and stage materials according to the production schedule, returning unused materials promptly and accurately You will inspect, mount, remove, deface, and properly dispose of printing plates in accordance with quality and compliance standards You will set up and adjust guides and press components to ensure consistent quality output You will monitor press operations and keep equipment running smoothly during operator breaks and lunch periods You will perform wash-up and cleanup activities on presses following completed orders You will safely operate fork trucks and roll trucks to move materials and finished goods You will maintain accurate production and material records by following good documentation practices You are committed to supporting safety goals by maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area and promptly reporting unsafe conditions You will comply with all environmental, OSHA, and safety requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment You will support the team by performing other duties as reasonably assigned to meet production needs Your Profile Required: You have a high school diploma or equivalent You bring at least six months of general work experience and a strong work ethic You have basic math and computer skills and are comfortable working with production data and systems You are detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, safety, and doing the job right the first time You communicate effectively in both written and spoken English You are physically capable of lifting up to 80 pounds as part of your daily work Desired: You thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven production environment You bring experience working in regulated or quality-focused environments, ideally within cGMP pharmaceutical printing or packaging (preferred) Our Offer We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
