Print Shop Supervisor - Facilities Management
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Full-Time - Direct Hire

Now Hiring an Experienced Print Shop Supervisor to lead daily print production operations, manage workflow, ensure on-time delivery, and provide outstanding internal customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with digital print production experience, team leadership skills, and strong client communication abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Daily Print Shop Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day print shop production, scheduling, and workflow
  • Ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
  • Manage multiple priorities, rush jobs, and changing deadlines
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Production Management
  • Review incoming print requests and prepare jobs for production
  • Coordinate printing, finishing, bindery, packaging, and shipping
  • Monitor proofs, graphics files, and production specs
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate digital print equipment as needed
Equipment / Inventory / Maintenance
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Assist with troubleshooting printers and service tickets
  • Monitor inventory levels for paper, toner, bindery supplies, and consumables
  • Order materials and verify invoices for accuracy
  • Coordinate paper and toner deliveries
Client Service / Consulting
  • Work directly with internal clients and departments to define project requirements
  • Recommend print methods, materials, timelines, and cost-effective solutions
  • Communicate job status, production timelines, and specification questions
  • Coordinate outside vendors when specialty printing is required
Leadership / Growth Strategy
