Position Summary

The Supervisor Printing Operations leads daily operations within the CVS Health Mailroom, overseeing print production processes, equipment, and workflow solutions that drive quality, efficiency, security, and compliance. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of print and mail operations while maintaining adherence to HIPAA/PHI requirements, safety standards, quality controls, and operational procedures.

As a people leader, you will foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively lead and develop team members, solve problems in a fast-paced production environment, balance competing priorities, and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.

This is a 24/7, 365-day operation that handles sensitive healthcare information and requires a strong commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

The scheduled shift is 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with required weekend coverage on Saturday and Sunday and additional scheduled days off during the week

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a print, mail, production, manufacturing, or similar operational environment with responsibility for production processes and quality outcomes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and utilize print-related systems and technologies, including job ticketing, scheduling, prepress, digital print, inserting, and production tracking applications.
  • Previous experience supporting shipping and receiving operations.
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations and mailing requirements, or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Proven ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, or obtain required training.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting operational and production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience in a print, mail, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of print production equipment, processes, and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining production schedules, reports, and operational records.
  • Experience managing inventory levels and production-related supplies.
  • Ability to inspect production output and ensure adherence to quality standards.


Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
