We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting a Digital Press Supervisor to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 1st shift in our Milton, WI production facility. The Digital Press Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision for the Digital Press team of operators and technicians and performs various administrative tasks to support the department.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching as required, including working with HR to develop and deliver employee improvement plans and disciplinary actions when needed. Complete annual performance reviews in collaboration with the Department Manager.
  • Communicate essential information regarding incomplete setups, potential problems, and other information pertinent to the job at shift change.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating and reconciling digital job worksheets, reviewing and reconciling operator time sheets, ordering press consumables and supplies, and processing HP print head returns.
  • Review production schedules and propose modifications as needed, approve layouts for digital presses and folders, and approve samples for digital presses and folders once production begins
  • Be responsible for monthly paper and ink inventory and reconciliation and placing ink orders as well as troubleshooting with the ink estimator. Manage the parts inventory and perform server room maintenance.

Experience and Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least 2-3 years of prior supervisory experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working in a Windows based environment
  • Prior experience as a digital press operator is helpful but not required
