Job description

Looking for a candidate with direct related experience in large format printing and sign production. Graphic Design, experience and fluency in Adobe Suite Graphics software is a must. Experience in designing and laying out print files for vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics and cut files for plotting and routing jobs also required. Install experience required.

Hands on experience operating the following, or similar equipment is also required:

- AGFA Hybrid flatbed/roll to roll printer

- HP Latex roll to roll printer

- Esko flatbed CNC router

- Vinyl Plotter

- Laminator

Candidate should be a personable, team player with a positive "can-do" attitude and approach to problem solving and overcoming challenges while working to meet and exceed goals. While normal business hours will be from 8:30-5pm, this position requires flexibility in scheduling in order to meet business needs and deadlines to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Candidate should be capable of multi-tasking in order to keep printers running, and ensure jobs are moving through the process to make their deadlines. They will be responsible for working with the team's workload for the day, week and month. They will also be responsible for the organization, cleanliness, and inventory levels for production supplied needed. Experience in sign installation, vinyl installation i.e. flat surface and vehicle wraps a must.

This is not a job for someone whose passion is artwork and design. While it is required as part of the job, the time spent on this is a small percentage. This position is focused on delivering a quality end product, efficiency with little waste and on time.
