What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll help keep our printing operation running smoothly by:

  • Removing printed materials from the press and stacking them on pallets
  • Checking printed products for quality issues like smears or folding problems
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
  • Counting, labeling, and organizing materials
  • Bundling and preparing products for the next stage of production
  • Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move materials
  • Assisting the press crew with job setup, including handling printing plates
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Pitching in on other projects as needed

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience-we'll provide training!

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or GED
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions
  • Has basic math and reading skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
  • Can safely lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials. You should be comfortable:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 20 pounds
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for most of the shift.
  • Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities throughout the shift.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety footwear.
