Job description

Location: Pack and Mail Shoppe in Plano, Texas. (No remote work - must live in or near Plano, Texas)

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting at $15/hour


Our store offers printing, shipping, mailbox rentals, and other business services. We also sell locally-sourced gifts.


We operate 6 days a week, with 2 to 3 people on the sales floor throughout the day.


We are looking for a fun, outgoing, hard-working individual to join our team and help us deliver great customer service. We will provide training and support. The position we are hiring for is 35-40 hours per week.


What you'll do:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service
  • Process shipping and mailing transactions
  • Provide design and print services to our customers using design software and large format printers
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and other store services
  • Operate our POS system and accurately process payments
  • Receive, organize, price, and display local products
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
  • Support local artists, makers, and small businesses by helping showcase and sell their work
  • Work as part of a welcoming and fun team!


The ideal candidate will have previous work experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. They will also have experience using commercial printers, finishers, and cutters.


Experience working in other retail environments is preferred.


Incentive-base pay (bonuses) will paid monthly on top of base pay, based on exceeding sales and service goals.
