Lettermans is a full-service visual communication print company offering signage and graphics printing, ADA braille manufacturing, technical document printing, and presentation document printing for architectural, interior design, and construction professionals.

Job Summary: Lettermans is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Print Production Assistant to join our Lake Charles team. This is a full-time position for someone who is comfortable working with customers, computers, and production equipment in a fast-paced print and graphics environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new equipment and software, and willing to assist wherever needed to keep customer orders moving through production.
 
Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
  • Assist customers with print, signage, and graphics orders
  • Gather project information and prepare print production work orders
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
  • Operate large-format printing equipment for wide-format documents, signage, and graphics
  • Prepare digital files for production
  • Monitor jobs for quality, accuracy, and completion
  • Assist with finishing, packaging, and preparing completed orders
  • Communicate with customers and team members regarding job requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain an organized and professional production area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Previous printing, production, signage, or graphics experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat is a plus, but not required.
