Job Information:

Lead and manage the ACSS shop personnel and production efforts. The Shop Foremen will report to the Production Manager and manage shop technicians. They will oversee and contribute to project assembly & execution, shop maintenance, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Service personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company’s Production Operations, including:
  • Contribution and Oversight to:
    • Conduit & Wire routing & assembly
    • Electrical Wiring
    • PLC & Control Wiring
    • General Assembly
  • Assist with managing Inventory Levels for consumable items.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to drive project execution efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Operations on current & future shop loading needs.
  • Vendor and sub-supplier performance monitoring for quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of electrical systems, components, & wiring
  • 5+ years of experience in Assembly, Electrical, Controls, or similar roles
  • Experience in People and Project Management
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Technical understanding of relevant products and services
