Print Production Coordinator (Contract) – Adobe Illustrator

Location: Clarkston, GA – Onsite

Pay: $28–$35/hour

Hours: 10-12 hours/week

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (Daytime)

Start Date: ASAP


About the Role

Better Earth is seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to support our growing Custom Print division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Adobe Illustrator and print production experience who enjoys preparing artwork, managing production files, and ensuring every detail is production-ready. The role and responsibilities are based on the attached job description.


This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future based on business needs and performance.


Please note: This is not a graphic design position. The primary focus is artwork preparation, prepress, quality assurance, and print file management.


What You'll Do

  • Prepare customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator
  • Update packaging templates and production files
  • Perform prepress file preparation and quality checks
  • Ensure artwork meets print specifications
  • Organize and maintain digital artwork libraries
  • Support production workflow for custom-printed packaging
  • Assist with artwork revisions and production requests
  • Learn and support Better Earth's growing print operation


Qualifications

  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills (required)
  • Print production, packaging, or prepress experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent communication skills


Schedule

  • Approximately 10-12 hours per week
