Design, Create & Print for Gorilla Gaming

Gorilla Gaming is one of the leading manufacturers of custom poker tables and gaming layouts

in the United States. Our custom products are used by casinos, poker rooms, major poker tours,

and televised poker productions across the country.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Print Production & Graphic

Design Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role that blends graphic design, customer interaction, file preparation,

and print production management. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe

Illustrator and Creative Suite, comfortable on RIP software, enjoys solving creative

challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every project is custom.

What You’ll Do

• Create and modify customer artwork for custom poker felts, layouts, and gaming products

• Prepare production-ready print files using Adobe Illustrator

• Assist customers with logos, branding, color matching, and layout adjustments

• Ensure artwork meets print specifications and quality standards

• Help manage print workflow, priorities, and production scheduling

• Coordinate between sales, customers, and production to ensure projects are accurate and on

time

• Perform quality control on printed products before shipment

• Help maintain organization of digital files, templates, and production systems

• Assist in day-to-day print department operations

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable communicating with customers and collaborating with a team

• Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented

• Print production, signage, apparel, graphics, and/or manufacturing experience is a strong

plus!

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Large-format printing or dye sublimation

• Print file setup and color management

• Experience in a sign shop, apparel printing, promotional products, or graphics production

environment
