Job description

Print Production Associate

Color Copy Center Boston is seeking a Print Production Associate to support daily operations in our print shop. This hands-on role covers bindery and finishing work, equipment operation, and general shop upkeep.
Responsibilities:
        •       Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines
        •       Assist with print production workflow — collating, trimming, packaging finished jobs
        •       Perform general store maintenance (equipment upkeep, supply organization, cleanliness)
        •       Handle outgoing mail and shipping preparation
        •       Occasional local deliveries (valid driver’s license may be required)
        •       Support front-of-house tasks as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
        •       Prior print shop, bindery, or production experience preferred but not required
        •       Comfortable operating cutting and finishing equipment (training provided)
        •       Detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift up to 40 lbs
        •       Valid driver’s license a plus
