PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12 month renewable contract and needs to meet Client full-time conversion policies. Those dependent on a work permit sponsor now or anytime in the future (ie H1B, OPT, CPT, etc) do not meet Client requirements for this opening.

Ideal backgrounds: Advertising agencies, media companies, commercial printers, publishing, or organizations with high-volume print production environments.

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Project Manager to manage a high volume of print and production projects from initial specifications through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial printing, print production, pre-press, or agency production who is comfortable coordinating vendors, managing deadlines, and working across multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage print projects including brochures, sell sheets, booklets, annual reports, banners, signage, window clings, and event materials
  • Review print specifications, paper requirements, proofs, and production details
  • Obtain vendor bids and coordinate pricing, scheduling, and delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform quality-control reviews of print and digital materials
  • Coordinate with internal project managers, creative teams, agencies, vendors, and business partners
  • Support event and out-of-home production, including signage and installation projects
  • Troubleshoot production issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders
  • Occasionally visit local print vendors for press runs or production needs

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in print production, commercial printing, print buying, pre-press, or agency production
  • Knowledge of printing processes, paper specifications, press runs, and digital printing
  • Experience managing vendors and production schedules
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar is a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent relevant experience
