Production Associate – $18+/hr + Growth

Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours and room to grow? We're hiring Production Associates to support manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations in a clean, team-oriented environment. This is a great fit for candidates with production, warehouse, assembly, construction, or general labor experience.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Assemble products using hand and air-powered tools
  • Cut, fit, crimp, and prepare materials for production
  • Package and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Pull parts, kit materials, and support inventory activities
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
  • Read work instructions and basic prints
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation
  • Support warehouse and production operations wherever needed

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, construction, or general labor experience
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs consistently
  • Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
  • Basic computer skills
