JOB OVERVIEW

The Office Services Associate will focus on Print & Production Services. This individual will provide exceptional client-facing support within a prestigious law firm environment. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of print, copy, scan, and document production while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

The Associate plays a vital role in supporting attorneys, legal staff, and firm operations by maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach at all times.

Working as part of the SPS onsite team, the Associate upholds the highest standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that all production and administrative services reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย Print & Document Production
  • Operate digital print, copy, and scan equipment to produce high-quality legal documents.

  • Perform document finishing tasks such as binding, tabbing, collating, and labeling.
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and proper formatting on all deliverables.

  • Monitor production queues and manage job priorities based on deadlines.

Client-Facing Service & Support
  • Provide responsive, professional service to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

  • Communicate job status and proactively manage expectations for delivery timelines.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.

Mailroom & Delivery Operations
  • Process inbound and outbound mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries.

  • Coordinate with couriers and external vendors to ensure secure and timely handling.

  • Maintain logs and tracking systems for production and delivery requests.

Facilities & Office Support
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs such as office supply replenishment and the upkeep of print areas.

Quality & Compliance
