Production Associate

SmartTalent is seeking detail-oriented Production Associate’s to operate equipment, complete finishing tasks, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with our client in Everett, WA. This role involves hands-on work with printers, cutters, and laminators, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

TITLE: Production Associate

LOCATION: Everett, WA

SCHEDULE:

Weekend Shift – Friday thru Sunday - 6am to 7pm $24.00 hour

Training on the day shift Monday – Thursday 5am – 3:30pm $22.00 hour

PAY: $22 - $24 Depending on shift

Advancement Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

·Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, cutters, laminators, and related equipment.

·Read and interpret work orders; perform quality checks before and after production.

·Execute finishing tasks including laminating, mounting, cutting, and vinyl weeding.

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all safety procedures.

·Communicate effectively with team members and report on equipment or production issues.

·Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.

·Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

·Assist other departments as required.

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
