Position Overview

The Fulfillment Associate supports the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders within our warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery according to established fulfillment standards.
  • Pull products and inventory from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
  • Verify product quantities, items, and order details to ensure accuracy before orders are shipped.
  • Carefully package products to prevent damage and ensure they are properly prepared for delivery.
  • Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and other required order documentation.
  • Organize completed orders in designated areas for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
  • Receive, organize, stock, and replenish inventory as needed to support daily fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory organization and report discrepancies, damaged products, or low-stock items to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and moving products throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and fulfillment area.
  • Follow established safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures.
  • Meet daily production and fulfillment goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the fulfillment, inventory, transportation, and other teams to ensure orders are completed on time.
  • Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed to support daily operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, highly preferred.
  • Proficient with basic computer tasks strongly preferred, including data entry, email communication, and use of standard software or warehouse systems to complete daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse fulfillment role a plus.
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a potentially loud environment.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • May require working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on busy seasons or operational needs.
