About VeroTouch

VeroTouch exists to change how homes are built.

We are a venture-backed construction technology company reimagining residential construction by combining advanced manufacturing, robotics, and traditional building expertise. At a time when housing affordability, labor shortages, and inefficiency continue to plague our industry, VeroTouch is focused on building better, faster, and smarter.

Our work sits at the intersection of construction and technology. We design and operate systems that integrate 3D printing, advanced materials, and lean production principles into real-world job sites. This is not a theoretical exercise. We are actively building homes, learning in real time, and turning those experiences into repeatable and scalable operating models.

VeroTouch is early-stage, hands-on, and execution-driven. The people who thrive here are builders in every sense of the word. They take ownership, stay calm under pressure, and care deeply about outcomes. If you are excited by challenges, energized by responsibility, and motivated by the opportunity to help define the future of an industry that rarely changes, you will feel at home here.

Position Summary

The Print Team Technician is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for supporting and executing labor tasks within VeroTouchโ€™s 3D-printed homebuilding process. This role is well-suited for someone with a construction background who is eager to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Print Team Technician works directly alongside the print and operations teams on active job sites. The role emphasizes efficient execution, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt. No prior experience with 3D printing is required โ€” a strong work ethic and construction fundamentals are the foundation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

3D Printing Support

  • Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of 3D construction printing equipment on active job sites.
  • Support the print team with equipment staging, material handling, and site preparation before and during print operations.
  • Monitor print progress and flag issues or anomalies to the lead technician.
  • Assist with post-print cleanup, equipment breakdown, and site organization.

Concrete and Material Handling

  • Support concrete batching plant operations by assisting with material loading, mixing preparation, and quality checks.
  • Handle and transport raw materials, admixtures, and supplies to support daily production needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of material usage and assist with inventory tracking.

Site Labor and Maintenance

  • Execute general construction labor tasks efficiently as directed, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling and movement.
  • Operate a variety of heavy construction equipment, execute routine maintenance procedures, and perform basic diagnostics while adhering to strict safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and site-specific standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all phases of the project to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Team Support

  • Collaborate effectively with the print team, operations staff, and on-site crews to consistently achieve daily production goals.
  • Receive direction from lead technicians and respond promptly and efficiently to evolving site conditions and priorities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset and a strong willingness to embrace new responsibilities as technical skills and experience develop.

Qualifications

Education

  • A proven work ethic and commitment to continuous learning โ€” attributes that deliver results beyond formal education.

Experience

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in construction, industrial labor, or a related technical field.
  • Proven hands-on experience operating and maintaining construction tools, heavy equipment, and machinery in active job site environments.

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions with precision and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven strong work ethic, exceptional reliability, and a proactive team-oriented mindset.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with demonstrated comfort and competence in working with tools, machinery, and technical equipment.
  • Strong technological proficiency and adaptability to digital tools and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to receive and provide clear, concise direction.
  • Genuine interest in construction technology, innovative building methods, and emerging industry advancements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to work on active construction sites and perform standard on-site labor tasks.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around job sites for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
