SUMMARY:

We are seeking an ambitious, multi-talented Packaging and Print Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging, print design, pre-press, and production. Knowledge of web, digital, and video is a plus. This role operates within a fast-paced, high-performance creative environment, supporting Brand, MARCOM, Sales, R&D, and cross-functional teams. The designer is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class retail and marketing assets (packaging, POP, POSM, displays, trade show, social, web, etc.) while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate brings a top-tier portfolio demonstrating strategic and concept-driven thinking, with the ability to translate consumer, retail, and brand insights into impactful design solutions that drive shopper engagement, conversion, retail performance, and brand differentiation across channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-impact, concept-driven packaging and print designs aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and retail requirements

  • Apply consumer insights, market trends, and competitive awareness to create compelling visual storytelling and creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes (engagement, conversion, retail performance)

  • Create and execute integrated marketing assets across packaging, print, and digital channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the consumer journey

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver aligned, effective creative solutions that support brand and business goals

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining high-quality output under pressure

  • Prepare and manage production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, regulatory, and print specifications

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and production readiness

  • Present design concepts clearly, articulating rationale and incorporating feedback to refine and strengthen creative output

  • Demonstrate ownership by proactively identifying issues, solving problems, and driving projects to completion on time and on budget

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing best-in-class, concept-driven creative work with clear strategic thinking, including case-based examples of packaging that improves consumer engagement, retail presence, or brand differentiation

  • 5–8 years of experience in packaging, print, and digital design; previous CPG experience preferred

  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple projects with strong ownership, accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality work

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into creative solutions that drive measurable impact

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear presentation of ideas, openness to feedback, and ability to build effective working relationships

  • Highly organized with strong time management and productivity skills, balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comprehensive knowledge of print production processes, including traditional, specialty, and digital methods

  • Ability to follow established processes, workflows, and brand standards, ensuring consistency and production readiness while remaining adaptable in a dynamic environment

  • Experience working with Brand, MARCOM, Sales, and suppliers to develop and deliver effective, on-time marketing materials

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with a range of design tools; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook); and a basic understanding of current AI tools

  • Ability to work within and adapt existing design files for updates or new executions

  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset, staying current with design trends, emerging tools, and evolving consumer and retail behaviors
