Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and artistic Graphic Designer to join our team in Katy, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the entire creative process, from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished final products.

Successful candidates will not simply execute requests. They will actively contribute ideas, develop multiple creative concepts for consideration, and help stakeholders visualize possibilities before selecting a final direction.

What You'll Do


Creative Concept Development

  • Transform broad ideas, objectives, or requests into multiple creative visual concepts.
  • Present several design options and approaches for stakeholder review and selection.
  • Bring original artistic ideas that elevate projects beyond basic design execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual solutions.


Graphic Design & Production

  • Design marketing materials for digital and print channels, including signage and billboards.
  • Create advertisements, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, signage, event materials, email graphics, and other branded assets.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, graphics, and visual elements that align with brand standards.
  • Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for distribution and publication.


Brand Support

  • Maintain consistency across all visual communications.
  • Help evolve and strengthen visual storytelling and brand identity.
  • Ensure designs effectively communicate intended messages and business objectives.


Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Minimally, 1 year of production graphic design experience
  • Demonstrable experience and strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Ability to produce multiple design concepts from a single project brie
  • Excellent visual design skills, including composition, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Knowledge of print design specifications, including crop, bleed, trim, and safe zones, to prepare print-ready files
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain creative rationale
  • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • Minimally 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Ideally, a background in Marketing in the real estate / housing industry
  • Experience designing both print (including large format) and digital marketing materials
  • Photography or motion graphics experience is a plus
